My Story
With years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy, yoga, and energy healing (particularly Reiki), my focus is on supporting the whole self—beyond just the physical. I believe healing is multi-dimensional, and each layer deserves attention. Whether it’s nourishing your body with tasty, satisfying foods, using yoga to cultivate awareness and strength, or guiding you through energy work to release emotional blockages, my goal is to help you restore balance and embrace true wellness from the inside out.
